Keeping A Diary Is Good(Exposition)


  Keeping a diary isn't trouble. Infect, it can be not only interesting but good for your health.

  People don't usually keep diary because it is not very necessary for their life, compared to eating. They also think it is trouble to sit in front of their desk and spend hours to recall what they have done today. However, keeping diary can keeping our memories fresh. We will remember more information in past, and sometimes it's useful for some situation, such as stay with old friends and telling stories, or more seriously, being a witness in court.

  Much more, according to research, writing a diary can help people to relax better. When writing diary, people will release all their thoughts and emotions on pages, both positive ones and negative ones. Releasing pressure and traumatic experiences is good for our mantel problem. Moreover, when they "talk" their problem, which is hard to tell to their diary, that is actually like seeing mental doctor. Telling problems, think it and solve it. People will know themselves better, they can cut down the times to see mental doctor.

   The fact is that if mental problems are solved, their physiological problems will be solved as well. Emotions influence body, if you feel happy, you won't get sick easily; instead, your immure system can be impact. Mental illnesses like depression and manic-depression are harmful. Therefore, keeping a diary has many advantages that people should do it from now on.
